Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

 

  • The product must be in its original, undamaged, and resalable condition and packaging.

  • Submit a refund request within 30 days of delivery by calling (208) 233-0074, using Chat, or via Email. You’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

  • Arrange return shipping at your expense and ensure the RMA number is included on the shipping labels.

  • Upon receipt, the product will undergo a quality inspection. If deemed in good condition, refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are excluded from returns:

 

  • Products that have been installed or removed.

  • Custom-made, made-to-order, or special-order products.

  • Clearance, overstock, and discontinued items.

  • Underlayment, sundries (e.g., adhesives, and moisture control products), trims, and moldings—unless defective.

 

Additional Fees

  • Returns requested after 30 days may incur up to a 35% restocking fee.

  • Exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

  • Returns without approval or missing an RMA number will be refused and subject to additional fees.

 

Cancellation & Exchange

  • To cancel or modify an order, call (208) 233-0074.

  • Changes may not be possible if the order is already in production or has shipped, and additional fees may apply.
