Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:

The product must be in its original, undamaged, and resalable condition and packaging.

Submit a refund request within 30 days of delivery by calling (208) 233-0074, using Chat, or via Email. You’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

Arrange return shipping at your expense and ensure the RMA number is included on the shipping labels.

Upon receipt, the product will undergo a quality inspection. If deemed in good condition, refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are excluded from returns:

Products that have been installed or removed.

Custom-made, made-to-order, or special-order products.

Clearance, overstock, and discontinued items.

Underlayment, sundries (e.g., adhesives, and moisture control products), trims, and moldings—unless defective.
Additional Fees

Returns requested after 30 days may incur up to a 35% restocking fee.

Exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Returns without approval or missing an RMA number will be refused and subject to additional fees.

Changes may not be possible if the order is already in production or has shipped, and additional fees may apply.
