What You'll Do

Serve homeowners, builders, and contractors across Southeast Idaho — in the showroom and through proactive outside sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage showroom customers and conduct outside sales outreach
  • Conduct in-home measurements and site visits
  • Prepare and present detailed estimates and proposals
  • Follow up consistently to convert opportunities into closed sales
  • Use layout/design software to create room plans and visualize options
  • Demonstrate product features, benefits, and performance
  • Upsell premium products and add-ons to increase project value
  • Negotiate pricing, timelines, and scope while maintaining margins
  • Develop and cold outreach contractor, builder, and property management accounts
  • Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Coordinate with Production/Installation Manager for smooth project handoffs

Requirements

  • Competitive and self-motivated
  • Comfortable handling multiple customers at once
  • Strong communicator — in person, over the phone, and via text
  • Organized and able to manage paperwork and follow-ups
  • Flooring knowledge preferred but not required — sales ability matters more
